Today:My girls and I drove to Louiseville to pick up their dad so he can get a ride to Georgia and see his brother. Also his brother, Geoff, is of course the girls uncle, which 2 of my girls will be meeting for the first time. I am going to try to catch everyone's reaction on camera :)
Didn't get a hug:
I have two BFF's and one, Dottie, I got to spend some time with last weekend. My other BFF, Kendra.. well I didn't even get to hug her goodbye.. So here is your *hug*. I will miss you Red. Hold down the fort til I get back :)
Packing:
We are ALL packed up and ready to go. I'm going to get a couple of hours of sleep and hit the road early in the morning. I've got tons of juice and smoothies for the road trip tomorrow, yea! ..I feel like singing.. Tomorrow, tomorrow, I love ya, tomorrow... You're only a daaay a-way.. Tomorrow, tomorrow.. Well, you get the point (if you've seen Annie).
This evening:
O my goodness. This evening was AmAzInG!! We went to Mexican for dinner {I had an apple :) } but the best part was when we arrived home! We are surrounded by a "great cloud of witnesses" where we live, and today there were about 12 witnesses outside across the street. Some were family memebers that were visiting from all over (California, Ohio, Northern KY) and they merged over to our driveway to say goodbye. It was just remarkable!! We all hung out for nearly two hours and chatted away into the dark. Just amazing! You know what I'm talking about :)
Well.. I need to get some sleep so I can hit the road early. Love to all~
